Job Responsibilities

1 To handle and follow up customer complaints
2 Be responsible for factory audit and supplier audit
3 To set up and maintain quality system

Position Requirements

1 Bachelor degree
2 8 years or more experience in supplier management, quality system and customer complaints; for experience less, can consider to be Quality Assurance Engineer
3 Any holder of the following certificate is preferred
1)  ASQ certified quality auditor
2)  CCAA or equivalent (IRCA, RAB) lead assessor status
3)  ASQ or college-sponsored internal auditing course
4 Fluent English
