Achieve Sales Targets:
-Achieve budgeted sales target based on company direction.
-Identify new prospects and develop them into key customers.
-Apply 3D printing technology successfully to customer manufacturing applications.
-Build relationships with Ellsworth China Engineering Sales Representatives for mutual benefit and sales growth.
-Represent company in OEM manufacturing markets, including electronics, automotive, medical, aerospace, lighting, general industry and others.
-Develop selling tools and materials as needed.
-Monitor market and competition developments and trends.

Vendor Partnership:
-Establishes and builds productive relationships with strategic partners.
-Ensures we achieve the business goals agreed with strategic partners for the China market.

Qualifications:
-College diploma, major in Mechanical/Engineering, science, business or related discipline.
-At least 5 years of experience in technical sales of industrial equipment; working experience in MNC or in adhesives/dispensing is preferred.
-Knowledge of 3D Printing and/or 3D CAD (ideally SolidWorks) is preferred.
-Demonstrates integrity, hard work, responsibility and accountability.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proactive and aggressive in business; self-driven and result-oriented.
-Can travel frequently.
-Good command of written and spoken English.
